Description of Automatic Vertical/Rotary Type Electroplating Machine The typical arrangement of the process grooves of the full-automatic ring-shaped electroplating production line is U-shaped. It consists of many fixed grooves with basically the same width but different lengths, a mechanical device that pushes the hanger horizontally forward and fixedly, and automatic control instruments.
The hanger with the plated parts regularly performs the actions of descending, delaying, rising, and advancing according to the beat. It can automatically complete dozens of processes including degreasing, pickling, cleaning, and plating. Advantages :
