Description of gas treatment tower:
The main operation mode is that the acid mist exhaust gas is continuously introduced into the purification tower from the air duct. After the filler layer, the exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid make full gas-liquid two-phase absorption and neutralization reaction. After the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, it is defogged. After dewatering and defogging, the board is discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorption liquid is sprayed down on the top of the tower after being pressurized by the pump at the bottom, and finally returned to the bottom for recycling.
