Brush plating is a plating method that relies on a pad or brush in contact with the anode to provide the electrolyte required for electroplating. During electroplating, the pad or brush moves relative to the plated cathode to obtain a plating layer.

Working principle: The basic principle of brush plating and electroplating is that the plating solution absorbed by the fibrous material on the surface of the workpiece, and the metal is deposited on the surface of the part to form a plating layer. Over time, the coating gradually thickens. The uniformity of the coating can be controlled by the current density, the anode moving speed, the flow rate of the plating solution, and the plating time.

Use range: This product has a very wide range of applications. It is a new type of brush plating power supply, suitable for metal brush plating; electrolysis; oxidation; polishing; motor bearing repair, solid coating, strong adhesion, good repair and smoothing of old metal plated parts.
